Daniel Leon-Davis

Asserting the human rights of the too often rejected segments of the LGBTQ and immigrant communities, Daniel is at the forefront of a progressively shifting mentality that rejects the antiquated discriminatory world-view of predecessors.
His accomplishments include being a Jack Kent Cooke Scholar and a member of the VH1 Save the Music Young Benefactors. He has blazed trails (the first ever undocumented intern at William J. Clinton Foundation) and challenged society’s inconsistencies as they relate to human rights values. His work spans from helping create #SonsAndBrothers, a campaign to help uplift young people of color; building out the first ever #ImmigrantHeritageMonth; to curating the content that appears on Russell Simmons social channels everyday.
